Durham's Snuggle Bunnies does not accept buybacks, however, your satisfaction is guaranteed when you purchase your bunnies from us. Our rabbits are guaranteed to be free from disease or parasites. We will replace any rabbit for one of equal value should the rabbit you have purchased from us die of natural causes during the first month of ownership.

Durham's Snuggle Bunnies is very concerned that the rabbits we sell are in homes where they are safe and will be well cared for. It is our sincere hope that you feel the same way. If you should decide that you have taken on a responsibility you no longer want, we persuade you, PLEASE -- do not turn the rabbit loose to fend for itself!!!

Your rabbit is a domesticated animal, and the chances of it being able to survive on its on or in the wild are slim to none. If you return an unwanted rabbit with its cage, water bottle, food dish, etc., Durham's Snuggle Bunnies will accept it and ensure it has a home and is well taken care of. We will not, however, refund monies paid for the animal, nor are we able to buy its accessories. Durham's Snuggle Bunnies offers this guarantee for the benefit of the rabbits we sell.

Durham's Snuggle Bunnies maintains a clean and healthy rabbitry. Our animals are housed in large modern wire cages that allow for plenty of exercise and opportunities for socialization. They also have inside and outside play yards to run, play and exercise in. Each of our bunnies is given loving care and individualized attention from the day it is kindled. We want you to enjoy your new rabbit as much as we have.
